Without question, our city is facing challenges that require strong leadership and I am ready for all the challenges that lie ahead.

 

I have called Eastvale home for the last 18+ years.  I met my wife back in high school and we eventually got married after dating for 8 years.  We have two beautiful boys, both attended Eastvale schools and are currently pursuing their college education.    I come from a family of three brothers, all in law enforcement, and a sister.  I hold a B.A and an M.A. degree along with a teaching, counselor, and school administration credential.  I also maintain a real estate license.

 

As an active community member, I was involved in our Citizen Advisory Board for JCSD.  For 5 years, our CAB members guided/advised JCSD on how to best serve our community.  I was also a board member for Eastvale Kiwanis.   I’ve been in education for 27 years, with the last 15 as a school counselor in our city (River Heights and Ramirez Intermediate).

 

If elected, I promise to fund first responders to keep our city safe, focus on financial responsibility, and strengthen our city services.    I will work alongside our local/state organizations to ensure our citizens receive quality services.  To accomplish this, I believe raising taxes is not a solution, it’s about budgeting our priorities.
